Our company deals with processing of thermoplastics by injection moulding. Our company seat is in the 9th district of Kiskunmajsa-Bodoglár Szőlő u.12.sz Number of our employees: 25 persons. Our main scope of activity is the production of plastic crates and cases for the food industry, agriculture, fruit-vegetable trade, industry and trade. All known, standard plastic crates and cases are available in our supply.We can offer suitable plastic crates for every size of bottles of the soft drink-, mineral water-, beer-, wine and spirit industry. In the meat industy our plastic cases are used first of all, in the poultry processing industry both our crates and cases are applied.We produce plastic crates, cases or trays for all kind of dairy products and packaging used in the dairy industry. In the same way the crate types and also the sizes, known in the agriculture, fruit-vegetable crate belong to our products without exception.Besides the above mentioned our crates are popular in the bakery industry, they are available in the retail and wholesale trade, in production and storage of industrial products and articles.Besides the multi-purpose crates we developed and introduced the one-way or in other way light plastic crates, which opposite to the cardboard packaging grant an economical and advantageous alternative from point of you of technical application. We recommend our one-way, light crates first of all for the food industry, for export of cooled-deep-frozen products. In the last years we completed our choice through distribution of plastic pallets, large containers, bins and big boxes. Due to this the composition of products became complete regarding packaging, storage and transport. It is easy and economic to create unit consignments, logistic units from our productsOwing to also the developments of the last years the production of technical plastic products and machine parts is significant and also began the classic supplier's activity for plastic parts.The annual production capacity of our factory is ca. 5 Mio. crates.The quantity of processed plastic basic materials amounts 7 thousand tons yearly. Besides using of the original basic materials the processing of regenerated, recycled materials has been given a bigger scope. In compliance with it our company buys viz. repurchases the broken, waste plastic crates, cases from which after recycling new products are produced.The basis of our production is 25 injection moulding machines, from which 16 are big injection moulding machines for crate production. We can produce products from 1 gr up to 10 kg by injection moulding and gas injection moulding technology as well. According to requirements we can place inscriptions, logos on our products by screen printing and hot printing.The other activity of our company, however having of much smaller volume, is the injection moulding of different small plastic products. It includes the production of plastic stoppers, can covers, closing elements of tubes, further injection moulding of plastic parts to machines and equipments. Production and sale of plastic household articles is also remarkable, for which we have also a shop in our factory.Our company works in conformity with quality system ISO 9001:2000 and environmental control system ISO 14001:2004
